An example of a typical dinner party menu
A selection of chefs equisite canapes followed by Scallops and pancetta with crisp dressed baby leaf salad, and red pepper salsa.
Main course consisting of Rack of lamb with dauphonoise potato, parsnip and carrot puree with honey glazed winter vegetables.
Dessert consists of white chocolate cheesecake with forest berry coulis and shaved dark chocolate.
After dinner treats of a selection of fine cheeses with biscuits and fresh fruit, followed by coffee and petit fours.
